## How to request a seat and nominate people

4. Name two to five people who belong in the founding room; a link to their company or profile helps.
5. Submit. The JT22 team will be in touch.

### When does JT22 launch?

JT22 launches in November 2026. Request a seat with your preferred working rhythm and the people you think belong in the founding room. The JT22 team will follow up about joining and the launch schedule.

### Where is JT22?

Inside Granite City Workspaces at 705 Gold Lake Drive in Historic Downtown Folsom. JT22 has its own curated community and designated workspace.

### Do I need an AI startup or funding?

You do not need outside funding or a minimum revenue level. We’re looking for people actively building businesses or products who would contribute to the group. AI is a strong interest, with room for other ambitious businesses.

### How is selection decided?

We look for people actively building something, who contribute to the room and will realistically show up. Decisions come from founder nominations and conversations. Referring someone is not a condition of membership.

### What’s included in membership?

Founding members get access to Granite City amenities and events. Optional add-on: space for your team outside the private founder area.

### What’s included in compute?

Private AI compute is an early-access colocation offering: you bring and own your GPU hardware, and the setup provides space, power, cooling and connectivity in a secured on-site cabinet. Planned: dedicated, firewalled network segment; 500/500 mbps symmetric fiber; building security integration; power and temperature monitoring; private, encrypted remote access. One cabinet is planned; fit, capacity, availability and terms are confirmed individually.

### Are compute and Onsite Perks included in membership?

Compute colocation is an early-access offering with its own fit and capacity review. Onsite Perks are separately scoped services. Availability, scope, and terms are discussed individually with the JT22 team; these services are not automatically included in founder-room membership.

### Does “two working days” limit how often I could come?

The two shared days bring the community together. Tell the JT22 team how often you would like to work here, even if it is more often, and they will discuss the access options and schedule with you.
